Rooted Within was built on the inherent knowing that your mind-body connection is your greatest wisdom.
By learning to listen to your body, you can tune into the messages within.
That’s what Rooted Within was born out of. The desire to connect the mind and body through a holistic approach, rooting others in empowerment and expansion.
Whether we are in alignment, in a state of stagnation, ill or triggered, our bodies provide signals (or “symptoms”) that communicate whether or not we are in balance.
When the mind is at ease, but the body is reactive, one must deepen their healing practice.
We have been taught to silence symptoms, ignore the root cause, and accept feelings of discomfort.
Rooted Within’s mission is to reawaken your awareness of your body’s messages so that you may discover the root of your block and heal thyself, returning to your power.

Meet our Founder
Heya, my name’s Emma, and I am the founder and CEO of Rooted Within.
Before building this business, I liked to consider myself a professional dabbler, exploring many different fields, from marketing and advertising to event management to working on farms to living the nomadic life traveling the world and acquiring countless certifications in all of my passions throughout my journey.
I had trouble putting myself in a box, working for someone else to achieve someone else’s dream. I had my own dreams, dreams of opening a wellness center, dreams of hosting retreats worldwide, and dreams of empowering those around me to be their best selves.
But along the way, I faced a lot of loss; loss of jobs, loss of homes, and loss of loved ones. This abruptly opened my eyes to my purpose; to remind others that even when you feel out of touch, stagnant, broken, or simply lacking clarity, you are strong, powerful, capable, and your presence is honored and needed.
I am a nurturer, I always have been, but when my mum, the one who taught me to nurture, passed away, I then realized that it is my greatest desire to ensure that all beings that I cross paths with feel seen, heard and held.
Rooted Within is dedicated to her for birthing my passion for health and wellness and encouraging me to continue growing, evolving, and spreading love wherever I may wander.

The Moon & The Stars
As family is incredibly important to me, I am proud to have my very own sister, Dr. Sayre Limburg, as Rooted Within’s consulting medical professional.
Sayre and I (aka Moon and Star, as mum would call us) grew up in the New Hampshire mountains with a midwife and a podiatrist as parents, so naturally, our childhood was centered in health and wellness.
As individuals, we are strong healers, but as a team, we provide the complete yin and yang balance for optimal health.
Both of us went on to become nationally ranked athletes, got certified in Reiki healing together, and traveled to all 50 states and countless countries. Sayre and I share a passion for the outdoors, community building, and natural healing modalities.
Our greater vision is to open wellness centers all over the world, emphasizing sustainable architecture, community relations, education, organic farming, and natural healing.
Rooted Within’s emblem holds great symbolism.
The circle represents the wellness space you are being welcomed into, and the eucalyptus symbolizes the sensations you will experience within this space.
Eucalyptus, in itself, exemplifies strength, healing, meeting goals, clarity, rejuvenation, perseverance, focus, leadership, and connection.
But, its growth does not end within the circle. The eucalyptus continues to grow outside of the circle, just as you will continue growing and embodying all that you learn and gain from this space as you continue evolving in the world.
