Yoga, meditation and breath work are a way of life.

They serve as a reminder to find oneness within and with all.

 
 

All of us could use more time where we are encouraged to be present, stretch, tune into our bodies, improve flexibility and circulation, find comfort in stillness, remove tension, and experience peace within our minds and bodies.

Whether you are starting from scratch or looking to deepen your practice, I will meet you where you’re at and guide you through developing your practice with ease and confidence. All ages and abilities are welcome. Gentle modifications are offered for pregnant mamas and those with injuries.

 
 
 

There is no one reason or goal for practicing yoga.

I received my YTT in 2019, with experience in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga.

 
 

Reasons Why I Practice Yoga

 

I practice in order to move closer to enlightenment during the life I have on this Earth. 

I practice to strengthen my ability to channel divine energy so that I may be balanced and balance others. 

I practice as a means of peace, to escape the portals within my mind, striving for serenity. 

I practice to embody kindness and humbleness.

I practice to challenge my body, dancing with my highest potential. 

I practice to heal by returning to my breath in times of discomfort. 

I practice for me, to ground myself so that I may remain present and free. 

I practice as a state of being so that I may spread this ever-growing light within my heart.
